Monday, September 11, 2023 is a Teachers' Professional Development Day. Students will not attend school in person on this day. However, they will be required to attend virtually for half the day since this is a Synchronous e-Learning Day.
Synchronous instruction occurs in real-time, but the teacher and students are in different physical spaces. Please see the schedule below for the times students are to be using their school-issued device to meet with their teachers virtually.
Grades K-6
- Students will attend virtually using Google Meet from 12:15 pm - 3:30 pm
- Teachers will post assignments in Seesaw (Grades K-2) and Canvas (Grades 2-6)
- Assignments are due three days after the modules are posted in Seesaw and Canvas
- Attendance will be taken by the teacher during the live Google Meet

Grades 7-12
- Students will attend virtually using Google Meet from 8:00 am - 11:25 am
- 1st Period: 8:00 am - 8:25 am
- 2nd Period: 8:30 am - 8:55 am
- 3rd Period: 9:00 am - 9:25 am
- 4th Period: 9:30 am - 9:55 am
- 5th Period: 10:00 am - 10:25 am
- 6th Period: 10:30 am - 10:55 am
- 7th Period: 11:00 am - 11:25 am
- Attendance will be taken each period during the live Google Meet.
- Teachers will post assignments in Canvas
- Assignments are due three days after the modules are posted in Canvas

Students attending Southview Preschool Center will not be participating in Synchronous e-Learning on Monday, September 11, 2023. Instead, work will be sent home by their teacher for them to complete on their own.
