(Every Student Succeeds Act) is the 2016 change to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.

There have been many re-authorizations of this bill since 1965 including the 2002 No Child Left Behind Act.

These are being posted because ACS wants to be as informative and transparent as possible about this very important new legislation. Please review as you wish.

  • ESSA: The INDIANA Plan
    The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) was signed into law on December 10, 2015. It reauthorizes the 1965 Elementary and Secondary Education Act which was previously reauthorize as No Child Left Behind.
