The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA /No Child Left behind (NCLB) Act of 2001 in section 1118 part A requires all school districts to create and inform parents/guardians of the following documents:
  • District Parent Involvement Policy
  • School Parent Involvement Policy
  • Parents Right To Know Letter
  • Three Way Pledge / Parent Compact
