For students /parents who experience device issues:
- Contact the teacher of the class to confirm login information and access to materials.
- Contact the help desk via email at email@example.com or by phone at (765)-641-6576. The Help Desk phone will be available Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
- If the issue can’t be resolved at that level, we will suggest getting a loaner device from the school.
- The helpdesk will direct families to the school during the times that each school says they have someone available.
Note: Please do not bring your device to the ACS Administration building.
