The Highland High School band will be recognized from the floor of the Indiana State house on March 3 at 1:00 p.m. Doug Fletcher will be recognized at the same time at the Indiana Secondary Music Educator of the year. During the lunch hour the HHS bagpipers will perform in the rotunda of the capitol building. Congratulations to Mr. Fletcher and the HHS band.

Principal Mark Finger plans to have it broadcast over the TV's at Highland High School during the live broadcast.
